Our staff receive higher than average earnings for this labor intensive industry. We need new teachers who want to join us in quality care for children 8 weeks through 8 years. When you join our team you join a familial community respectful of life-long growth and development. If you are new to the profession, we are able to facilitate on-the-job training with the new roll-out of DCF’s Child Care Foundational Training. It’s on-line with practicing hours attained while you get paid.
