123 Look at Me Learning is a DCF Licensed Group Child Care Center conveniently located between Chippewa Falls and Eau Claire, WI. We are a successful, friendly, fast-paced, but collaborative ECE facility; and our goal is to work with families to care for their children in a safe, caring and respectful early learning environment.

We are looking for individuals who are ECE qualified Wi-Registry Level 9 or higher and committed to the field of early education. You must be energetic and full prepared to fill the position of Early Childhood Teacher in our Toddler Classroom.

In this role, you will have the exciting opportunity to work closely with toddlers aged 18 months to 3 years old and help lay the foundation for a lifelong learning journey. The ideal candidate will have a wi-registry level 9 along with joyful experiences while working with young children. One must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, successfully having worked as part of a team, and be committed to providing a safe, nurturing, and enriching environment where toddlers successfully develop new skills.

Responsibilities:

• Provide a safe and caring learning environment

• Help children develop positive social and emotional skills

• Organize and supervise group activities

• Monitor the physical and nutritional needs of the children

• Work cooperatively with families as partners

• Successfully work in tandem with other adults

Qualifications:

• Wisconsin Registry Level 9 or higher

• Previous experience working with young children

• Knowledge of child development and best practices in early childhood

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and adapt to the needs of individual children

• Engaged in professional growth and development

• Available to begin within two weeks of hire

A.m. Section Monday-Thursday from 8-11 with prep time additional hours on Fridays.

4-5 year-olds

Must have a WI DPI teaching license to include Early Childhood Education.

$16.50 per hour.

We are looking for practicum student teachers seeking experience with 3-4 year-old learners.

$15.00 per hour.

Must meet the minimum requirements as set forth by DCF 251 to include Introduction to ECE, Strategies in ECE, and finally Programming for infants and Toddlers.

Preparation, Nutrition and Sanitation

Before and after morning and lunch meals. Hours are 7:30am-12:30pm
